La Quinta Resort Historical Tour

Learn about the origins of La Quinta Resort & Club on this walking tour highlighting the fascinating history.  From celebrity sightings to rumored hauntings, the Concierge docent will share secrets and memorable moments of the resort since 1926.  Please wear comfortable footwear for this hour-long walking tour.

Beer Tasting – Featuring La Quinta Brewing Company

Founded by a true desert native and former home brewer, La Quinta Brewing Co. is authentic to the laid-back desert lifestyle. La Quinta Brewing Company strives to bring locals and visitors to the area superior craft beer with a fun, resort style vibe uniquely found here in the desert.  You will have the opportunity to sample beer in a unique setting, paired with a soft pretzel. 

 

Wine Tasting

Back by popular demand, Parade Wine Tasting!  Please join other Parade entrants for an opportunity to taste wines from the Temecula Valley Wine Country of Southern California.  With over 40 licensed wineries, producing over 500,000 cases annually this event is not to be missed.  This will be held onsite at La Quinta Resort and paired with a selection of cheese & charcuterie.

 

La Quinta Resort Culinary Events

Join the Resorts culinary chefs for unique, behind-the-scenes, cooking demonstrations throughout Parade week.  For some, you’ll event be treated to exclusive access to the Resort’s culinary kitchen for these unique culinary experiences! 

Homemade Pasta Class

Join us as the Chefs from the La Quinta Resort lift your skills with a taste of Italy. You’ll learn how to prepare authentic, scratch made pasta that will raise the bar in your very own kitchen. Lean the Chef’s secrets to great pasta and other Italian specialties! Cosi Buono!

 

Grilling Demonstration

Join us for everyone’s outdoor staple, THE GRILL.  The Resort Chefs will offer an opportunity to get familiar with everything from wood selection to garnishing your perfectly charred Ribeye with Malbec Essence.

This event takes place outside in a shaded area.

You’ll be front and center as La Quinta Resort’s Executive Pastry Chef creates sweet summer treats right before your eyes!

La Quinta’s Resort Chef will demonstrate these Mexican Culinary delights with regional influence from his hometown in Mexico.  You’ll learn the basics of these dishes and ways to tweak them to your spice level!
